• Review high risk cases identified from various sources (e.g. analytics models) which may involve review of assessments, field work, introduction of compliance actions upstream or pre-emptively to reduce the no. of such cases and detect and deter abuse and fraud
• Ensure compliance with eligibility conditions
• Analyse market trends, business models and audit observations that may impact compliance level and plan for relevant engagement/education activities to prevent non-compliance
• Promoting the use of digital services to improve overall compliance
[What we are looking for]
• Background in accounting, business or economics
• Good numerical and computer literacy
• Good critical thinking and analytical skills
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Resourceful and able to work independently in a team environment or as a team player
• Good written and verbal communication skills
