Job responsibilities
1、 Formulate game revenue model, payment structure and props system strategy;
2、 Monitor user conversion and LTV performance, optimize pricing strategy and props combination;
3、Cooperate with product, operation and BI team to promote the landing of multiple commercialization scenarios;
4、 Analyze the commercial strategies of competing products and propose innovative revenue models in conjunction with market trends;
5、Establish commercialization testing mechanism to verify the effect of various promotional programs.
Job Requirements
1、 More than 7 years of commercialization operation or product experience and more than 3 years of management experience;
2. Familiar with the business model of iGaming or other high-paying games;
3, Proficient in revenue metrics structure and user tiering model;
4. Solid data analysis and experimental design skills;
5. Ability to work in both English and Chinese, and experience in globalization business design is a plus.

1、 Familiar with RFM modeling and A/B testing;
2, Experience in community or KOL operation is preferred.
