Our clinic is home to a close-knit team of 3 dedicated veterinarians and 5 highly skilled nurses, all committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a united and supportive setting. We’re proud to be a stress-free accredited clinic, equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment tools including ultrasound, dental and general radiography, and a tonometer.

Our purpose-built facility features:

• Separate cat and dog consult rooms

Under the guidance of a newly appointed Practice Manager, our clinic is embracing a fresh direction—one that prioritizes wellbeing, teamwork, and professional growth. Our nurses are self-sufficient, proactive, and versatile, while our vets are known for their clinical excellence and dedication.

Job Description

We’re seeking a veterinarian who values teamwork, inclusivity, and a positive clinic culture. If you thrive in a united environment and enjoy contributing to a supportive team dynamic, you’ll feel right at home at Greencross Kangaroo Flat.

We want you to love what you do and enjoy coming to work, so we offer flexible rostering options, including dedicated consulting and/or surgical days to suit your strengths and preferences.

Our ideal candidate will bring:

• 2–3+ years of post-graduate experience
• Confidence in managing their own cases using evidence-based diagnostics and treatment plans

Occasional sole-charge shifts may be required to cover leave or unexpected absences, but you’ll always have the backing of a strong and experienced team.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Veterinary Science qualification from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards’ Council (AVBC) and/or have completed NAVLE, AVE or alike examinations. For further information, please refer to https://avbc.asn.au/
